By engaging with our human resources consulting services, you're agreeing to the framework we've built to ensure mutual success. Why is this important? Our terms are designed to protect both the professional integrity of our consultants and the strategic interests of our clients.

1. Service Engagement

We provide HR strategy consulting, training, and development tailored to your UK-registered business requirements. We'll outline specific project scopes in individual Service Agreements. You'll find we don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions; we're here for the bespoke needs of your workforce.

2. Professional Liability

While Elysian HR provides expert advice on performance management and compliance, the final implementation remaining at the client's discretion. We're your partners, not your legal counsel. Have you reviewed your local employment bylaws recently? Our team assists with compliance, but final legal responsibility for HR decisions remains with the employer.

3. Confidentiality

Data privacy isn't just a buzzword for us. We handle sensitive employee data with the highest levels of encryption and discretion. We don't share your proprietary HR strategies with third parties without express written consent. Trust is our currency.

4. Termination of Service

Either party may terminate the consulting relationship with 30 days' written notice. We'll ensure all pending talent acquisition files are handed over professionally. We won't leave you in the lurch. It's about maintaining a positive professional ecosystem even when parting ways.
